When I arrive for your photoshoot, the home should be photo-ready, but I’ll still help with the final touches! I’m not a cleaner or stager, but I’ll turn on all the lights, put down toilet lids, and tidy small things like countertop clutter. The rest is up to you, so check the provided checklist beforehand.
Once everything's set, feel free to head out for coffee and leave me entry instructions, or hang out on another floor or outside while I work. I’ll go through the home three times—once for photos, once for video, and once for a 360° tour if you’ve signed up for it. Depending on the size and services, this can take 45 minutes to 2 hours, so it’s a great time to grab a coffee with your clients.
We don’t usually photograph closets or cupboards unless they’re a feature, so they’re perfect for hiding clutter. I may move a few things for the best shot, but I’ll put everything back. Need something changed? Just shoot me a message—I can remove objects, virtually stage, or add twilight images in post. Together, we’ll make your listing shine!
