When I arrive for your shoot, the home should already be photo-ready, but I’ll always help with the final touches. I’m not a cleaner or professional stager, but I will turn on lights, put down toilet lids, straighten pillows, and tidy small things like countertop clutter. The rest is up to you, so be sure to check the prep checklist beforehand so everything looks its best.

Once everything is set, you’re welcome to head out for a coffee, run errands, or just relax on another floor or outside while I work. I’ll typically move through the home three times, once for photos, once for video, and once for the floor plan. Depending on the size of the property and the services you’ve booked, this can take anywhere from about 45 minutes to a few hours.

We usually don’t photograph closets or cupboards unless they’re a special feature, so those are great spots to tuck away extra clutter. I may move a few items to get the best shot, but I’ll always try to put things back where I found them.

If there’s anything you’d like adjusted afterward, just let me know! I can remove objects, add virtual staging, or create twilight images during editing.

The goal is simple: make your property look its absolute best so it stands out online.

You can book directly on my calendar Monday–Wednesday between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM using the “Check Availability” button.

Those are the dedicated hours I keep open for scheduling and are the easiest times to grab a spot.

If you don’t see a time that works, feel free to call, text, or email me. I can sometimes schedule earlier mornings (as early as 7 AM) or later in the day, depending on the week.

The online scheduler is great if you’re ready to book, but I’m always happy to help find a time if you need something outside those hours!

Business hours: My regular hours are 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday-Friday.

If you call before 9 or after 4, there’s a good chance you may be greeted by screaming children and a little background chaos. I’ll always try to answer if I can, but if it’s not urgent, a text or email is usually the better option.
