Real Estate Photography & Videography

When I arrive for your photoshoot, the home should be photo-ready, but I’ll still help with the final touches! I’m not a cleaner or stager, but I’ll turn on all the lights, put down toilet lids, and tidy small things like countertop clutter. The rest is up to you, so check the provided checklist beforehand.

Once everything's set, feel free to head out for coffee and leave me entry instructions, or hang out on another floor or outside while I work. I’ll go through the home three times—once for photos, once for video, and once for a 360° tour if you’ve signed up for it. Depending on the size and services, this can take 45 minutes to 2 hours, so it’s a great time to grab a coffee with your clients.

We don’t usually photograph closets or cupboards unless they’re a feature, so they’re perfect for hiding clutter. I may move a few things for the best shot, but I’ll put everything back. Need something changed? Just shoot me a message—I can remove objects, virtually stage, or add twilight images in post. Together, we’ll make your listing shine!

You can book directly on my calendar Monday–Wednesday between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM using the “Check Availability” button.

Those are the dedicated hours I keep open for scheduling and are the easiest times to grab a spot.

If you don’t see a time that works, feel free to call, text, or email me. I can sometimes schedule earlier mornings (as early as 7 AM) or later in the day, depending on the week.

The online scheduler is great if you’re ready to book, but I’m always happy to help find a time if you need something outside those hours!

Business hours: My regular hours are 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday-Friday.

If you call before 9 or after 4, there’s a good chance you may be greeted by screaming children and a little background chaos. I’ll always try to answer if I can, but if it’s not urgent, a text or email is usually the better option.
